It's one thing to embarrass yourself in real life, but it's much much worse when it's on the internet AND it's to someone you admire. Some of you know that I'm in the middle of listening to Big Finish's Dark Eyes 2. Well, I finished listening to it and Eyes of the Master was just the best thing to hit the Eighth Doctor since Lucie Miller.,
So after I finished it, I tweeted Nick Briggs and...
Now only those of you who have finished the series will understand the joke. I thought I suspected a hint of mocking in Brigg's tweet, so I went back and discovered that Eyes of the Master contains a post-credit scene that sets up exactly what I asked of Nick. I only discovered this after I tweeted him, so I kinda look like a moron.
Word of warning guys when you listen to Dark Eyes, listen to the whole thing - including the end credits! Or else you end up with egg on your face lol!
